Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Jo and Mae Boutique! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
Returns
- You have 30 from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items are not eligible for return, unless defective.
How to Return
- Email us at info@joandmaeboutique.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Pack your items securely and include the order# in the package.
- Ship the package back to us at the address provided.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) were received defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@joandmaeboutique.com with a photo of the damage or defect. We will provide a full refund or replacement.
Final Sale Items
- Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.
